Terms of Use

Last updated: March 31, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Persuasion Collective website, the Persuasion mobile application, and related content, materials, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Services in a manner that infringes the rights of Persuasion Collective or others.

2. Educational purpose

Persuasion is designed for educational and informational purposes. The Services are intended to help users build communication skill, judgment, and practical awareness around persuasion and influence. The Services do not constitute legal, medical, psychological, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

3. Accounts and access

Some features may require an account or device-based authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, securing access to your device, and promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized use.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

If the Services offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, pricing and billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase through the applicable app store or payment provider. Payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and restore rights are generally handled according to the rules of the store or provider through which the purchase is made.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including branding, visual design, text, lessons, interfaces, screenshots, audio, video, graphics, and other content, are owned by Persuasion Collective or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws. Except for limited personal, non-commercial use of the Services as intended, no part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or exploited without prior written permission.

6. User conduct

  • do not use the Services to harass, deceive, exploit, or harm others;
  • do not upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious material;
  • do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Services except where permitted by law; and
  • do not misrepresent your affiliation with Persuasion Collective or the purpose of the Services.

7. Feedback

If you choose to provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant Persuasion Collective a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve the Services, without obligation to compensate you.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or platform.

9. Third-party platforms and links

The Services may reference or link to third-party platforms, including app stores, analytics providers, hosting services, or other external websites. Persuasion Collective is not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or practices.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. While we aim to provide high-quality content and a reliable experience, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance gains, commercial results, or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Persuasion Collective and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, business, profits, or goodwill arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the security, integrity, or operation of the Services.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the Services after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact [email protected].

These Terms are written to replace the placeholder draft that was previously live. Because legal terms can depend on your exact billing model, data practices, and jurisdiction, a lawyer review is still a good idea before publication.
